About: Advanced training in linguistics applied to teaching Spanish as a foreign language, with academic and professional orientation. It's aimed at philology and arts and humanities graduates, other graduates reorienting to SFL, and international students with Hispanic philology. You'll study linguistic systems, communicative aspects, applied linguistics and SLA, Spanish-specific teaching issues, resource and curriculum design, and assessment. The programme mixes theory and practicum, with placements and mobility agreements.
Career Outcomes: Graduates can work as Spanish teachers, curriculum developers, materials designers, language assessors, teacher trainers, programme coordinators, educational consultants, or academic researchers in language education, applied linguistics, and international education fields.
About
We offer advanced and specialized training in linguistics and its application to the field of teaching Spanish as a foreign language, assuming a double orientation, academic and professional.
Aimed at graduates in Philology or other degrees of the Arts and Humanities branch, as well as graduates of any other branch of knowledge who want to reorient their training towards teaching Spanish as a foreign language. Also aimed at foreign students with training in Hispanic Philology or similar.
