About: We train professionals to prevent, diagnose and treat foot problems. You'll learn foot-focused clinical care, movement and dysfunction assessment, preventive foot-care programme design, and introductory podiatry research. Staff have clinical experience. The university clinic has lightning, chiropody and gait-diagnosis rooms. The center offers two other health sciences degrees, placements, and mobility programmes.
Career Outcomes: Graduates can pursue career opportunities as clinical podiatrists, chiropodists, orthotic technicians, gait analysts, wound-care clinicians, researchers, educators or public-health programme coordinators; they can work in hospitals, clinics, sports and rehab centers, community health services, private practice, research labs, academic departments or industry, and management roles.
