Bachelor of Laws Program
The UCJC Law Degree is a four-year program designed to train you as a lawyer capable of facing the challenges of the 21st century, in an environment marked by digitalization, innovation, and new legal challenges. Throughout the program, you will acquire a solid foundation in the different branches of law and develop skills to interpret, apply, and transform the rules that govern our society.
You will receive training with a highly practical approach, focused on active learning and the use of technological tools. You will participate in mock trials, debates, and visits to government institutions, and you will put your knowledge into practice through the Legal Clinic, an experiential learning space that provides pro bono services to foundations and NGOs. This law degree can be studied online if you choose to specialize in Security Law or in person in Madrid if you want to specialize in ICT Law.
The law degree program stands out for its direct connection to the legal sector through agreements with firms such as ECIJA, Cremades & Calvo Sotelo, Uría y Menéndez, Pérez-Llorca, KPMG, and Deloitte, as well as public institutions like the Madrid Bar Association and the General Council of the Judiciary. The degree studies are approached from the training needs generated by the professional profile of the jurist, a profile with which he is qualified to act and advise in accordance with the legal system and/or act before the courts.
No specific prior academic skills are necessary for admission to the UCJC Law Degree, although it would be advisable, when studying law subjects, to possess analytical, intuitive, synthesis and conviction skills, as well as a clear vocation for mediation and commitment to justice.
