Upon completion of the program, the student will be able to participate in the business sector by:
- Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling a business, emphasizing selected theories of management and decision-making, particularly the knowledge and understanding necessary for managing people and functions.
- Interpreting, applying and analyzing the different principles and management theories
- Structuring and executing plans and strategic programs for the development of the company, human talent, remuneration, well-being and personnel development.
- Demonstrating an understanding of entrepreneurship.
