Study the food ethics of tomorrow today
Sustainability and ethics are cross-cutting concepts in the Local Food Policy curriculum to understand the centrality of these issues with respect to innovative food policies. Students will acquire the skills needed to become future leaders of sustainable food systems.

UNISG offers 1 total scholarship in the amount of € 8,500, including Student Housing and Academic Tables, for citizens from low-income countries or lower-middle-income or upper-middle-income countries.
Students can apply for a university fee exemption if they meet all the following requirements:
- Income and property situation does not exceed the limits indicated in the public announcements;
- Have been admitted to the Master's program for the 2024/25 academic year with a minimum admission score of 80 out of 100;
- Are in possession of a minimum level of English language equivalent to a C1 level.
