The Union University Faculty of Law is renowned for its modern approach to teaching law that brings together the theory of law and its practical application. Our Faculty of Law is different from other similar institutions because alongside standard law-related subjects we also teach modern disciplines such as EU law, Media law, Medical law, Legal ethics, Ecology law, Information Technology law, Children’s rights, etc…

During the course of their studies, our students have more law-related subjects than is typical of the majority of Law Schools.

Our study programmes are planned and harmonized with respective study programmes of other Law faculties in Europe.

Eminent professors and renowned legal experts in various key practice areas teach at our Faculty including Prof. drdrh.c. Vladimir Vodinelić, Prof. dr Vesna Rakić-Vodinelić, Prof. dr emeritus Momčilo Grubač, Prof. dr Dragoljub Popović, Prof. dr Jakov Radišić, Prof. dr Zoran Ivošević as visiting professor, Prof. dr Bogoljub Milosavljević, Prof. dr Dušan Kitić, Prof. dr Zlatko Stefanović and others.

A group of young lecturers who studied at prestigious law faculties abroad such as London School of Economics, Sorbonne, Columbia University, Central European University, University of Connecticut, University of Leicester, provide significant reinforcement to our teaching methods.

Teachers at this Faculty have represented Serbia in a number of UN and Council of Europe institutions as well as with professional organizations around Europe. One of our professors – Prof. dr Dragoljub Popović was the first Serbian judge to serve at the European Court of Human Rights.

Our organization provides students with easy access to teachers and teaching assistants.
