Key Summary
Introduction
The primary mission of the University Diploma STEPS (Skills and Training to Ensure Professional Success) is to bridge the professional skills gap graduates often find themselves facing before entering the workforce.
Recent graduates, eager to boost their employability, will find DU STEPS a unique opportunity to gain transferrable workplace competencies and hands-on experience through an internship.
This program is specially tailored for individuals aspiring to pursue international career opportunities and is open to recent postgraduate students and professionals alike.
We mentor technical and interpersonal skills in preparation for entering the job market. Additionally, develop skills and understanding of major societal and workplace trends: digital transformation, agile project management, digital marketing, and AI, and a transformative internship with the opportunity to apply the skills gained through DU STEPS, giving you an edge in your career journey.
Admissions
Curriculum
The STEPS program includes 3 modules: professional job searching skills, an internship, and professional future skills. All modules integrate transferrable digital skills and must be completed within one year of the official enrollment date.
This certification is a ‘University Diploma’, [Diplôme Universitaire (DU)], a short course or program offered by a French University, delivering training for professional purposes. They are not an alternative to the undergraduate or master’s degree and do not offer the same level of credits. They are generally aimed at the graduate or professional community as a path to upskilling and or re-skilling.
DU STEPS is a fully online program with no physical presence in France or the Schengen zone required. Consequently, a visa is not guaranteed. The visa application process is the responsibility of the student. Université Côte d'Azur has no influence over the final visa decision and cannot intervene in the process.
