Introduction
General objective
Introduce students to the study of Public Safety and its different approaches. Also, understand the
the legal method as a set of intellectual and eventually material procedures ordered from
according to a rational plan that allows the student to investigate and argue the legal discourse, justify
syllogistically its proposals, as well as the origin, nature, and limits of legal knowledge.
Specific objectives:
- Familiarize the student with the issues of law enforcement and with the strategies that have been carried out
in the matter. Likewise, it is intended that the student broadens his vision of the challenges involved in guaranteeing
law enforcement in Mexico.
- Analyze a more complete vision of the role that each political and social actor in Mexico has in relation to
the administration of justice.
- Examine the role played by the means of evidence in the administration of justice.
