Introduction

The Master of Science (MS) in Health Education and Behavior (HEB) is designed for students seeking either an advanced practitioners degree, a career in healthcare or are interested in research.

Upon completion of the MS graduate program curriculum requirements, students are eligible to register and sit for the national Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®) examination administered by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. The MS Degree includes Thesis, Non-Thesis and Project In Lieu of Thesis options.
