The Master's program in "Strategic Communication Management" teaches the essential skills in public relations, international communication, strategic planning and management of communication, reputation management, and corporate social responsibility. It also covers lobbying techniques, enabling you to represent the interests of your company or industry both in Latvia and abroad. The program offers a new specialization in "Digital and Multimedia Communication," including courses on strategic communication in multimedia environments, digital communication and social media marketing, graphic design and visualization, and communication psychology. The "DigiCom" Communication Creative Room provides practical training in multimedia skills. The program prepares you to teach communication skills, work autonomously in your area of expertise, lead your team, and pursue doctoral studies. It provides internship opportunities in a diverse range of Latvian and international companies and organizations.
The Master's program in "Strategic Communication Management" is accredited until October 28, 2027.
Upon completion, you can further enhance your skills and knowledge by enrolling in the doctoral program in "Communication Management" or other master's or doctoral programs offered by Turība University.
The duration of the study program depends on the previously acquired higher education. If you have obtained a professional bachelor's degree in the relevant field, the amount of the study program is 60 KP (90 ECTS). If you have obtained an academic bachelor's degree or a professional bachelor's degree in another field, then the amount of the study program is 80 KP (120 ECTS).

| You will get knowledge, skills, and competence in managing public relations and communication. You will be able to conduct quality communication, resolve conflicts using lobbying technologies, and represent the company's interests in various organizations and state institutions. | In practice, you will cooperate with such companies and institutions as SEB Banka, Nordea Banka, Swedbank, Olainpharm, TV3, Latvijas Radio, LR State Chancellery, and ministries. At the end of the studies, a master's thesis is developed - a scientific and practical study on a topic chosen by you, which will promote your career and growth in general.
