Program delivery
Flexible and Achievable
Our new 3-phase, 4-year, hybrid learning model offers a combination of credits earned in the classroom, in independent guided research, and from demonstrated competencies. Course content is delivered in person and remotely in blended formats with contextualized field work. DMin Course Week is offered primarily in March, July, and October. Other courses may be offered during fall, spring, and summer semesters.

Curriculum
Students must complete 30 semester hours of work as follows:
- Phase 1: Missional Renewal, Research & Assessments (15 hours)
- Phase 2: Ministry Focus & Missional Strategies (9 hours)
- Phase 3: Major Project Completion & Oral Presentation (6 hours)

Our goal is to equip you with the necessary evaluation and assessment tools to understand your context of ministry and implement ministry-specific strategies that succeed. A TEDS DMin provides you with the opportunity to develop these skills.
- Develop INCREASED LEADERSHIP CAPACITY evidenced by the ability to deepen personal spiritual maturity, thrive in current ministry contexts, and increase the scale and scope of ministry effectiveness, responsibilities, and opportunities

- Engage in IN-DEPTH CONTEXTUAL ANALYSIS demonstrating the ability to identify and frame crucial ministry issues and outline potential solutions
- Utilize INNOVATIVE STRATEGIC PLANNING evidenced by the ability to create and develop key ministry initiatives and achieve desired ministry goals

Scholarships and Funding
For the 2022-23 academic year, 100% of incoming TEDS students received scholarships! Additionally, US resident students who completed the FAFSA also had access to federal student loans and federal work-study. You will automatically be considered for the following scholarships as soon as you submit your application to TEDS.
Dean's Merit Scholarship
The Dean's Merit Scholarship at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School acknowledges and supports outstanding academic achievement, offering three scholarship amounts based on the student's GPA.*
*GPA requirements are cumulative for the applicant's undergraduate degree.
Leadership Legacy Scholarship
The Leadership Legacy Scholarship at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School recognizes and rewards applicants with ministry, counseling, non-profit or career leadership experience, offering tuition rebates for individuals with years of exemplary leadership.
International Impact Scholarship
The International Impact Scholarship at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School is a scholarship exclusively for international students, providing a 30% tuition rebate and fostering global-minded leaders committed to making a positive impact on a worldwide scale.
TEDS Faithful Future Scholarship
Available for new students enrolling in 2024. Start your academic journey in any of our MA programs, including the MDIV, MA in Theological Studies, MA in Mental Health Counseling, or MA in Bioethics with a 20% tuition grant, renewable throughout your entire course of study.
