Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Global Management
This three-year, full-time Bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS) is taught entirely in English and offers small class sizes for personalised support. It provides strong foundations in management, economics, finance, marketing, and international business, combined with innovative teaching methods such as flipped and project-based learning.
Students develop a global mindset through multicultural perspectives, a mandatory study period abroad (one semester or one year), and a 5-month internship in the third year.
After graduation, students can continue to Master’s programmes at TSM or at universities worldwide.
Double degree opportunities
Double-degree opportunities are also available with partner universities in Germany and Italy. Application and related selection process take place during the fist year of the bachelor, based on first semester bachelor grades and depending on the capacity to receive students.

Overview
- First year: students will attend courses introducing fundamentals of management science, international institutions, and comparative political systems. Furthermore, students will take fundamental courses in accounting, finance, marketing, and business economics for a successful academic path.
- Second year: the emphasis shifts to alternative perspectives on and specific contexts of innovation, project management, geopolitics, governance, and legal environment. This will allow students to gain an understanding of entrepreneurship and sustainable development.
- Third year: students dig further into theoretical models and analytical skills to allow them to refine their critical thinking ability.

Upon completion of the 3-year B.Sc., students will be able to:
