International Visa Application

Step 1 - Course Application

• Kindly contact us for an application form
• Passport-Sized Photo
  8 blue background passport (3.5 cm x 5 cm) sized photos (Please state your name at the back of each photo). Important: For accurate reference of the blue background, please refer to the sample provided.
• Photocopy of Passport
  Photocopy of passport (3 sets) on A4 size paper (must include ALL pages, including the empty ones). Please ensure passport validation is at least 1 year from the expected intake date. Note that every page must be attested /authorised/certified true copy by the local Ministry of Education or the school authorities. Please refer to the passport photo guidelines on the EMGS website.
• Medical Checkup
  (Diploma Motorsport Technology / Diploma Automotive Technology applicants)
  Medical check-up must be done in your hometown, and another medical check-up will be done in Malaysia 7 days upon arrival as per the Immigration authorities' requirement. However, colour blindness, dyslexia, physical disability, heart diseases and allergies are some conditions that may render applicants unsuitable for our programs.
• No Objection Certificate/Letter of Eligibility
  Only applicable to Sub-Saharan countries.

  Release letter, results and attendance report (for a transfer student within Malaysia’s institution)
• Result Transcripts

1. Transcripts or High School/O Levels/A Levels or any other equivalent results. It must be attested/authorised/certified true copy by the local Ministry of Education or the school authorities.
2. IELTS / TOEFL.

• Application Fee

1. Application Fees MYR 2,500 + Reg Fee (MYR XX) (Non-refundable) ( Visa Application Fee, Insurance and Medical Check-up) + MYR XXX (Personal Bond)
   You can send us a bank draft (international) for the amount OR
   You can bank in the money in your country, after which you can forward us the T/T slip for our confirmation of payment.
2. Payment can be made in USD or MYR. For students who are making payments in USD, please ensure reference to the updated USD exchange rate of the day is used. A quotation for the rate can be provided upon request. Please note that the Application Fee, which includes Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) Visa Processing Fee and Medical Screening, is non-refundable.

Step 2 - Offer Letter

An offer letter will be issued once TOC receives the student’s application and payment. (1-2 days)

Step 3 - Visa Application

TOC will submit the student’s visa application to Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) to process the visa approval letter (VAL). The process takes 8-12 weeks (based on processing time taken by EMGS)

Step 4 - Visa Approval

• TOC will send a notification to inform the student of visa approval. TOC’s representative will email out the original VAL, Letter of Offer, to the student’s email address.
• Student is required to apply for an entry visa from the Malaysian Embassy in their respective country (if necessary)

Step 5 - Tuition Fee Payment

Once the Visa Approval Letter is obtained, the student needs to pay the first semester tuition fee before arrival.

Step 6 - Immigration Clearance

Students share flight details with the TOC representative for airport pickup arrangements. TOC’s staff will assist the student with immigration clearance at the airport.

TOC is rated five-star by MyQuest 2018/19 & 2012/13 by the Ministry of Education. It is also recognised as a five-star Malaysian Skills Certificate training provider by the Ministry of Human Resources.
