Computer Science, Human-Interaction Concentration, B.A. at a Glance

The Concentration in Human-Computer Interaction emphasizes the design, development, and implementation of interactive systems from a human-centric perspective. This concentration prepares students for a wide variety of jobs or graduate studies. The B.A. in Computer Science program requires a common set of computer science courses, a set of concentration-specific courses, and a group of elective courses in a non-computer science discipline, also satisfied by a second major or a minor. The emphasis in this program is less theoretical/mathematical, and more on the applied side of computing.
