Introduction

Our CIPD-accredited business Master’s in Human Resources with Employment Law will give you a broad understanding of the most important concepts of human resource management, while also enabling you to specialise in the legal aspects of HR management and employment, giving you a competitive edge in the job market. Structured with an emphasis on meeting industry developmental needs, and with a strong focus on your future employability, upon completion of this course you will be well-placed to take your career to a senior level.

This course is accredited by both The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and The Chartered Management Institute (CMI). This means that upon successful completion of your degree, you will have the opportunity to apply for a CIPD certification and a CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership.

Course Details

The MSc Human Resources with Employment Law program prepares both entry-level and established professionals to develop their careers as HR leaders, managers, general managers, and HR business specialists.

Students will develop their understanding of Human Resource Management and Leadership across a variety of organizational settings, taking into account the way national and international contexts impact people management. They will also gain a critical understanding of the legal framework governing human resources and employment.
