Format
Our live-online programs are delivered in a synchronous format where you'll engage with faculty, industry leaders, and a global set of peers in an interactive, high-impact virtual environment. Often, these programs blend live sessions with activities or projects, and readings to deepen one's understanding of the materials. The benefit to this format is that you'll receive Booth's rigorous content in short, digestible sessions held multiple times weekly.
Participants should expect to commit a total of 8-10 hours to this program.

This program includes four interactive, live-online sessions. Live-Sessions are held from 9 am-11 am CT from Monday to Thursday.

Making Innovation Happen: Structure, Process, Culture & Leadership
- Examine the frameworks of quantifiable successful innovation models
- Review Professor Wolcott’s Four Models of Corporate Entrepreneurship— selected in 2020 by the editors of the MIT Sloan Management Review as one of the top dozen articles on strategy in the history of the publication
- Explore the essential roles of senior leadership for enabling innovation
- Understand how leaders at all levels can advance an organization’s innovation agenda
