Introduction

Our printmaking studio, one of the best in the Southeast, is equipped for relief, intaglio, screen printing, and lithography (stone and plate) printmaking on our four print presses. We even have a press to print letterpress for artist books, broadsides, and more.

Our students win research awards, receive assistantships at workshops, and assist nationally known artists with print projects. We bring visiting artists, set up portfolio exchanges with other top departments, and introduce students to faculty from graduate programs.
