Introduction
Aviation English courses offer the opportunity for certificate holders or those working towards a certificate to practise speaking and listening in preparation for an Aviation English Language proficiency test. Students will practise the specific type of questions and assessment tasks relevant to the proficiency test to be taken, including:
- English Language Proficiency for Aeronautical Communication (ELPAC)
- FAA Aviation English Language Standard (AELS)
- Transport Canada Aviation Language Proficiency Demonstration (ALPD)
- Other ICAO English proficiency tests
Students will learn strategies for success in the proficiency test to be taken.

Option 2 Standard 18+ English Language and ICAO English Proficiency Test Preparation Combination Course
- 1 - 6 weeks
- 3 hours Standard English in the mornings (daily). Course fee per participant USD 450.00 per week
- 2 hours ICAO English Proficiency Test Preparation in the afternoons. Course fee per participant USD 75.00 per hour
Option 3 ICAO English Proficiency Test Preparation Intensive Course (Initial and refresher courses - ask about availability)Course fee per participant USD 75.00 per hour.
- 1 week(intensive) N.B. A less intensive 2 - 3 week mornings-only option is available on request.
