About : The 2 Year Licentiate in Tui na offers in-depth knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine techniques. Students will learn about the principles and practices of Tui na, a form of therapeutic massage, focusing on techniques that improve health and wellness. CCA runs the most in-depth Tui Na course in the UK. Practitioners of Tui Na need to have an understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that is as sophisticated as an acupuncturist’s. Our Two Year Licentiate in Tui Na course is taught and assessed at levels four and five. Your Lic.Tui Na will be awarded by CCA.

When studying Tui na from scratch you will need to come in for two days per week for about three weeks out of four to complete all of the core modules on the first two years of the acupuncture course alongside the acupuncture students. Unless you have deep understanding of the TCM diagnostic process you will be unable to treat people successfully with Tui na.

In the second year you will be able to add on an extra day each week to take the Tui na Techniques and Tui na Clinical modules.
