The EMTENDER research group, linked to the Value Added Network, has a history of seven years, in which it has stood out for the publication of books and research articles and for monitoring businessmen and entrepreneurs in the central subregion from Valle del Cauca. Researchers from the group have participated in the development of projects focused on strengthening marketing strategies for the commercialization of prototypes made by academic institutions. Additionally, the group stands out for carrying out activities for the transfer and social appropriation of the knowledge generated in its research, allowing ITA students to strengthen their competencies in research, development, and innovation (R + D + i).
