The MSc Marketing & Management In Sport Organizations is designed for students who want to develop careers in marketing and management of sports organizations, whether clubs, companies, or institutions. This program provides students with the skills they need to develop their careers in the field of sport, enabling them to become key players in the sector.
The program is offered as either a 2-year program, or a 1-year program, granting a Master’s degree.
Program Structure:
- Year 1 – International Pre-Master: Semester 1 (September to December): Online core courses. Semester 2 (January to April): On-campus studies in Toulouse or Barcelona. Semester 3 (May to August): Optional 1-to-4 month internship in France, Spain, or abroad. This year is a gateway to the MSc for students with a 3-year Bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS).
- Year 2 – Master of Science: Semesters 1 & 2 (September to March): Specialized courses in sports marketing and management, professional expertise development, soft skills certification, and a company consulting mission. Semester 3: Mandatory 6-month internship accompanied by the completion of a master’s dissertation.

The MSc Marketing & Management in Sport Organizations combines academic rigor with hands-on industry experience. The program follows a multi-dimensional approach, focusing on marketing, management, and sport-specific expertise. The Master of Science in Marketing & Management in Sport Organizations is composed of the following elements:
- General management courses covering Multicultural Management, Business Strategy, Leadership and HR, Financial Control, and International Marketing.
- Specialized marketing and management courses addressing Sports Marketing, Sponsorship, Event Management, Fan Engagement, and Digital Transformation in Sport.
- Specialized courses taught by professionals in the fields of Branding, Digital Communication, Agencies, Public Relations, Performance Management applied to sports organizations.
- Electives taking place in Toulouse, Paris, Casablanca and Barcelona.

- Sports Marketing and Sports Consumers: Values of sports, marketing and commercial strategies in sports, sports and lifestyle, relationships between spectators and clubs/institutions
- 360° communication in sport: Behavior of sport consumers, digital marketing and social media, agencies and event activations.
- Sport and CSR: challenges in the world of sport: Sports and inequalities, the environmental impact of sport, sport outside the stadium.
- Sport and innovation: Innovation in sports, sports and new media, sports and esport.
- Master dissertation: Conceptualizing marketing research, conducting market research, writing a dissertation.
Objectives
Identifying strategic opportunities within sports organizations, design innovative offerings, and optimize development by continuously measuring performance and managing the interplay between marketing, sponsorship, and communication channels.
Redesigning organizational structures to enhance brand value and communication strategies in both B2C and B2B contexts, with a particular focus on sports clubs, federations, and event organizations.
Acquiring expertise on today’s and tomorrow’s challenges specific to the sports industry with an understanding of the synergies between departments and stakeholders, and leveraging digital tools and emerging technologies to drive internationalization, fan engagement, and commercial success.

Early Bird Discount
You can get a 10% discount on your tuition fees if you apply and pay before February 20th. Please note that this is the only discount which may be cumulated with others.

Students from TBS partner universities and/or students having spent one semester at a TBS campus as part of an exchange program receive a 10% discount on their tuition fee.
Sibling Discount
If you have a brother or sister who is currently enrolled in a TBS program, you will receive a 15% discount on your tuition fees.
Special Discount
You can get this 15% discount based on the excellence of your grades and overall profile. (limited)

If you’re married/have a child together and both apply for a TBS program for the same year, you will receive a 20% discount on the tuition fees of one of the programs.
Excellence Discount
You can get this 25% discount if you have >610 GMAT score or >75% GPA ; 7.0 IELTS; a great performance during the interview. (limited)
Impact Discount
You can get this 25% discount if you have a strong environmental/humanitarian/CSR project and a good academic file. (limited)

Eiffel Scholarship
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program is managed by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education establishments to attract top foreign students to enroll in French Master’s and PhD courses.
The application process for the Eiffel scholarship is extremely selective. Candidate students must be non-French and be less than 25 years old while they must prove excellent academic results. This scholarship can award up to €1,000 per month to successful candidates.
