About: The MSc Finance at TBS Education prepares students for international finance careers with emphasis on investment management, analytical roles, and research. The MSc Finance program at TBS Education is designed to prepare students for international careers in finance, emphasizing investment management, analytical functions, and research. The curriculum aligns with the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exams, integrating relevant content to support students pursuing this certification.
The program is offered as either a 2-year program, or a 1-year program, granting a Master’s degree.
Program Structure:
Year 1 of the International Pre-Master includes online core courses (September to December), followed by on-campus studies in Toulouse or Barcelona (January to April). This program is a gateway to a Master of Science for students with a 3-year Bachelor Degree (180 ECTS).
Year 2 – Master of Science:
Semesters 1 & 2 (September to March): Specialized finance courses, professional expertise development, soft skills certification, and a company consulting mission.
Semester 3: Mandatory 6-month internship accompanied by the completion of a master’s dissertation.

Program Design
Total number of hours: 420h
This program consists of five learning experiences rigorously designed to develop your managerial and operational skills in your field of professional expertise.
Throughout the program, practical team simulation projects and case studies will help you develop the hard and soft skills necessary to work in Finance (coping with a high-pressure environment, finding/analyzing/interpreting information rapidly and efficiently, structuring your work, and focusing on end-products, collecting and analyzing complex data rapidly and efficiently) by apprenticeship and not only through a textbook.
This MSc contains 9 teaching units and consists of two separate ‘tracks’:

For the account of prestigious TBS partner companies, students, coached by the professors, carry out a strategic diagnosis aiming to analyze its competitive position, then propose strategic and operational recommendations to meet its challenges.

Master Thesis
Objective: Increase your brain agility to anticipate and solve complex business issues in your field of expertise.
Each student in this MSc program is required to write a dissertation that addresses a current issue in management from an academic or professional perspective in his field of expertise.
The student thus contributes to the study, analysis, formalization, and abstraction of the identified problem.
In-company Work experience
Internship
Students may carry out an internship in the company of their choice for a period of 4 months minimum. This internship is not mandatory for the validation of the diploma.
This program provides a theoretical foundation for a broad range of jobs: both in corporate (financial analysis, equities, corporate finance functions) and markets (quantitative skills, financial instruments, portfolios) while helping to maintain high ethical standards.
This MSc will equip you with the technical and transferable skills to be successful anywhere in the investment and financial industry, or in a corporate strategic function of a large company (finance, strategy); while helping you to prepare for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exams, as part of the curriculum.
This program will provide you with an intellectual challenge, and an opportunity to advance your skills in modeling, analyzing, and thinking strategically.
The CFA® charter is one of the highest distinctions you can earn in the finance profession. Success in the CFA program demonstrates a good command of generic financial concepts, good analytical skills, an ability to work hard, and a sensitivity to business ethics; as a result, it is highly regarded by finance recruiters. It also serves as a differentiator in finance recruitment processes (e.g. a level 1 candidacy is often required to apply to top jobs in I-banks and investment management firms)

Eiffel Scholarship
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program is managed by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education establishments to attract top foreign students to enroll in French Master’s and PhD courses.
The application process for the Eiffel scholarship is extremely selective. Candidate students must be non-French and be less than 25 years old while they must prove excellent academic results. This scholarship can award up to €1,000 per month to successful candidates.
