Key Summary
The MSc Digital Marketing and e-Commerce program at TBS Education is designed to equip students with advanced expertise in web marketing and social media management. The curriculum focuses on designing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing plans and managing digital businesses and e-commerce platforms. Students will acquire the tools, techniques, and conceptual frameworks necessary to develop memorable digital customer experiences.
The program is offered as either a 2-year program, or a 1-year program, granting a Master’s degree.
Program Structure:
Year 1 – International Pre-Master: online core courses (September to December) are followed by on-campus studies in Toulouse or Barcelona (January to April). Students can choose a 1-4 month internship (May to August) in France, Spain, or abroad. This program serves as a gateway to a Master of Science for students with a 3-year Bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS).
Year 2 – Master of Science:
Semesters 1 & 2 (September to March): focus on specialized digital marketing and e-commerce courses, professional skill-building, soft skills certification, and participate in a company consulting mission. Take the opportunity to get official certificates (Google Analytics, Google Ads).
Semester 3: A mandatory 6-month internship is required, alongside the completion of a master’s dissertation.

- Digital Marketing fundamentals
Objective: The successful student will be able to design, execute, and evaluate digital strategies that adapt to changing customer behavior and leverage technological innovations. - Electronic commerce fundamentals
Objective: The successful student will be able to manage online sales platforms and marketplaces, critically appraise digital interfaces and experiences, and improve conversion rates. - Digital platforms, content, and production
Objective: The successful student will be able to discover the tools and methods used to design, manage, and build digital interfaces, platforms, and content. - Digital marketing channels
Objective: The successful student will be able to drive traffic to a website with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and direct marketing techniques. - Data analytics and visualization
Objective: The successful student will be able to leverage Web 2.0, social media, mobile, and other emerging technologies for marketing and promotion. - Campaign planning and execution
Objective: The successful student will be able to define a website strategy, identify key performance indicators, locate data collection points, establish a tag plan, and create online reports and dashboards to measure performance. - International perspectives and emerging issues
Objective: The successful student will be able to critically appraise how Digital Marketing strategies are designed and executed in different international contexts. - Digital marketing and e-commerce research methods and dynamics
Objective: The successful student will be able to design and conduct a research project with state-of-the-art research methods and tools in Digital Marketing and electronic commerce.

The Career Starter is a support center that helps students define and develop their career projects. Through several lectures, workshops, individual tests, and coaching sessions, a specialist will support each student from their first questions to looking for the right internship or job.
Coaching: we support you in your reflection on your skills, strengths, and areas for improvement. Through personality tests and individual coaching, we link this self-knowledge to your ambitions and career choices.
Personal Branding: you will participate in workshops to build your CV and e-portfolio to best highlight your experiences and skills for your future employers.

For the account of prestigious TBS partner companies, students, coached by the professors, carry out a strategic diagnosis aiming to analyze its competitive position, then propose strategic and operational recommendations to meet its challenges.

Master Thesis
Objective: Increase your brain agility to anticipate and solve complex business issues in your field of expertise.
Each student in this MSc program is required to write a dissertation that addresses a current issue in management from an academic or professional perspective in his field of expertise.
The student thus contributes to the study, analysis, formalization, and abstraction of the identified problem.
Internship
Students may carry out an internship in the company of their choice for a period of 3 to 6 months.
The objective of this MSc is to train managers, analysts, coordinators and specialists in Digital Marketing and electronic commerce.
Classes provide in-depth, hands-on training in key digital and networked technologies, online marketing and sales techniques and cutting-edge behavioural analyses.
By the end of the program, students will have greatly expanded their digital culture and acquired the skills necessary to design, plan and execute digital strategies for customer acquisition, conversion and retention.

Eiffel Scholarship
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program is managed by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education establishments to attract top foreign students to enroll in French Master’s and PhD courses.
The application process for the Eiffel Scholarship is extremely selective. Candidate students must be non-French and be less than 25 years old while they must prove excellent academic results. This scholarship can award up to €1,000 per month to successful candidates.
