The MSc Banking and International Finance program at TBS Education is designed to prepare students for careers in the banking and finance industry, focusing on international banking, financial markets, and corporate finance. The program blends theoretical knowledge with professional expertise to develop key competencies for the financial sector.
The program is offered as either a 2-year program, or a 1-year program, granting a Master’s degree.
Program Structure:
Year 1 – International Pre-Master: Semester 1 (September to December): Online core courses. Semester 2 (January to April): On-campus studies in Toulouse or Barcelona. Semester 3 (May to August): Optional 1-4 month internship in France, Spain, or internationally. This year is a gateway to the MSc for students with a 3-year Bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS).
Year 2 – Master of Science: Semesters 1 & 2 (September to March): Specialized courses in banking and finance, professional expertise development, soft skills certification, and a company consulting mission. Semester 3: Mandatory 6-month internship accompanied by the completion of a master’s dissertation.

Objective: Students should be able to understand the Banks’ business models under international
regulations, compliance requirements and in an ethical way. - Financial Markets
Objective: Students should be able to understand the use of financial markets for investing and financing
decisions. - Financial Risk Management
Objective: Provide students with the knowledge and competencies to define and implement a relevant
strategy to manage speculative risks. - International perspective in banking and finance
Objective: Provide students with the required knowledge to be able to anticipate the future changes in
Banking and Finance industry. - Research methods in finance
Objective: Provide students with the set of tools to manage a research project in Finance.

Objective: Acquire nine key competencies to lead teams and manage your professional career.
Career agility Objective: Reveal your talent and make evolutionary choices in accordance with your deep aspirations.
The Career Starter is a support center that helps students define and develop their career project. Through several lectures, workshops, individual tests and coaching sessions, a specialist will support each student from their first questions to looking for the right internship or job.
Coaching: we support you in your reflection on your skills, strengths and areas for improvement. Through personality tests and individual coaching, we link this self-knowledge to your ambitions and career choices.
Personal Branding: you will participate in workshops to build your CV and e-portfolio to best highlight your experiences and skills for your future employers.

Master Thesis
Objective: Increase your brain agility to anticipate and solve complex business issues in your field of expertise.
Each student in this MSc program is required to write a dissertation which addresses a current issue in management from an academic perspective in his field of expertise.
The student thus contributes to the study, analysis, formalization and abstraction of the identified problem.
Internship
Students may carry out an internship in the company of their choice for a period of 3 to 6 months.

Eiffel Scholarship
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program is managed by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education establishments to attract top foreign students to enroll in French Master’s and PhD courses.
The application process for the Eiffel scholarship is extremely selective. Candidate students must be non-French and be less than 25 years old while they must prove excellent academic results. This scholarship can award up to €1,000 per month to successful candidates.
