Introduction

The School of Nutrition was formally established in August 105 and is the first and only "Nutrition Academy" in the country. There are "Department of Health and Nutrition (Bachelor, Master, Part-time and Doctoral)", "Master of Food Safety", "Department of Food Safety" and "Institute of Metabolism and Obesity Science", and 2 A hospital-level research center: the "Nutrition Medicine Research Center" and the "Senior Nutrition Research Center", focusing on nutrition and health, combined with the school's medical and health professional foundation, invested in the academic fields of food safety, disease nutrition, metabolism, and obesity.

The Department of Health and Nutrition in the hospital was established under the name of "Life is in health, and health is in nutrition", which clarifies the importance of health and nutrition to life. The Department of Health and Nutrition has been established in 1968 for more than 40 years. Over the years, it has nurtured many nutrition professionals. The rate of passing dietitian licenses and the proportion of nutritionists and nutrition supervisors in medical institutions ranks first in the country. The Department of Health and Nutrition advocates the rationalization of personal nutrition. From the perspective of preventive medicine, it aims to cultivate professional talents for the guidance and promotion of dietary treatment, nutrition research, nutrition education, catering management, and group meals, and hopes to nurture more professionals engaged in " Professionals of "Nutrition Application".
