About : The *Process Transparency* program focuses on enhancing organizational clarity by providing insights into decision-making procedures. This postgraduate degree explores how transparency affects public trust and accountability within various sectors. The basis of really mastered processes is the creation of transparency about the current status of the processes in companies and public institutions. It must be documented which higher-level processes exist and for which products and services these processes are provided.

In addition, clarity about the processes in detail, for example about the process branches and the organizational units involved. Furthermore, key figures are collected in order to be able to assess the performance of the processes, such as process processing times, throughput times, and costs.

The process transparency to be created relates to the following aspects:

Evaluation of the process landscape from a strategic perspective (e.g. based on the reference to the product/service portfolio)
Evaluation of the process landscape from the perspective of the process organization
Evaluation of the process landscape with key figures
