Introduction
This a joint Master’s programme conducted by SLU, Wageningen University, the University of Göttingen, AgroParisTech, the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU), and the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU, Vienna). In their first year, students will study in either Wageningen or Göttingen. The second year takes place at one of the other universities, depending on the specialisation chosen.
The programme meets the pressing needs of the industry sector and society as a whole. It has been designed to answer the scientific, practical and societal challenges of animal breeding and genetics.
