About: Sopot University of Applied Sciences offers a Foundation Year for applicants who don't meet direct undergraduate entry. The preparatory programme develops Polish language and academic skills, provides a route into bachelor’s and master’s programmes taught in Polish, and readies students for subjects such as business, management and culture. You’ll study 20 learning hours per week and may reach Polish B2. The course lasts 1 academic year (November till December, including semestral breaks).
Career Outcomes: After progression to undergraduate study you can pursue careers in business administration, management, marketing, cultural management, education, translation, tourism, hospitality and international relations and communications.
Sopot University of Applied Sciences offers Foundation Year for students who are not eligible to directly enroll for direct entry into our undergraduate degrees.
A Foundation Year may be an option for those who do not meet the traditional entry requirements for an undergraduate degree of their choice. Our Foundation Year can provide a route into several different subjects at our University.
The Foundation Year for secondary school graduates is an intensive programme aimed at improvement of language skills, as well as preparation of those wishing to study in Polish at Sopot University of Applied Sciences or any other Polish university.

Foundation courses not only develop language skills, but also prepare for a variety of courses, such as: Business, Management, Culture.
