This 4-week course offers an immersive culinary experience, providing a solid foundation in culinary arts. For more flexibility, you can choose a shorter version to fit your schedule, focusing on key areas of interest.

Five Core Modules

Master the key areas of the culinary arts, from Indonesian and Southeast Asian dishes to pastry creation and kitchen management, giving you a comprehensive foundation to excel in the culinary industry.

Earn Certificates and 12 Credit Points

Complete the program and earn 12 ECTS credits, transferable to your home institution. In addition, you’ll receive certificates for successfully completing various classes and workshops, recognizing your expertise in specific areas of the culinary arts.
