Introduction
Develop skills that employers are looking for
Gain a valuable skillset that can enhance and advance any career. This unique interdisciplinary credential responds to economic and social challenges presented by the future of work. Learn to apply creativity, innovation, complex problem-solving, entrepreneurial thinking, persuasion and negotiation skills to generate fresh and useful ideas that make organizations more resilient and adaptable.
Innovate, engage and implement
Learn creativity and problem-solving theory from award-winning faculty on the cutting-edge of creativity and innovation research. Then apply your knowledge to independent and collaborative projects, with opportunities for intrapreneurial and entrepreneurial project development. In your practicum, you'll receive individualized coaching as you solve a problem for your employer or one of Sheridan's industry, non-profit or government agency partners.
Learn what you want, when you want
We'll help you choose electives and a practicum project that are most relevant to your career or education. All classes are delivered virtually (through a blend of synchronous and asynchronous instruction), allowing you to study evenings, weekends or whenever it's most convenient for you. Complete the program full-time in two semesters, part-time in less than 10 months, or over the course of several years.
