Key themes
The MSc Project Management course is structured to provide an in-depth look at all the main elements of project management. This includes topics such as the project life-cycle, governance, procurement, risk management and project evaluation. We’ll also explore HR management, leadership and managing stakeholders – as well as communication strategies and tools, contract negotiation and management, financial control and budgets, data analytics and quality assurance.
We’ll use a variety of teaching methods and assessment formats, such as traditional assignments, presentations and extended projects. There’s a focus on formative learning, where you’re encouraged to discuss your learning and assessments with tutors and peers.
