Opening Week and Changing Scenarios Week
Our Program starts with an Opening-Week MBA boot camp, during which you are asked to understand and live the essence of the upcoming year.
Then there is the Changing Scenarios Week which is a time that will give the MBA a new identity about the biggest challenges of today and for the future.
Business Fundamentals
The sequences of Business Fundamentals take place in 2 modules from Sept 2026/ April 2027:
- Module 1 (September/December)
- Module 2 (January/April)
This sequence represents the competence requirements of a global manager.
Concentrations
Choosing a concentration allows you to focus on a specific managerial subject that fits your preferences and skills. Each concentration is organized around 4 core courses plus 3 electives, chosen from a broad number of relevant topics in today’s business world. Concentrations contain a range of teaching approaches, with active-based and hands-on methods, including simulations, boot camps, and study tours.

Alongside the activities that make up its main structure, the SDA Bocconi Full-time MBA offers you other initiatives to support and enrich your overall preparation and give you an alternative look at some aspects of business, the economy, and our society.
Optional MBA Online Pre-Courses
Starting from April the School provides online pre-courses that include Introduction to Financial Accounting, Quantitative Methods, Macroeconomics, and Microeconomics. These courses are not compulsory for all students but may be required for those without a background in economics and management. This is an early bird enrolment advantage that allows candidates to access their MBA personalized training, with dedicated faculty, much earlier than the actual MBA start.
Leadership Series
This is an initiative organized to expose our students to knowledge and experience from top leaders of international companies. A unique opportunity to learn from their hands-on experience and talk with them.
Special Seminars
Special Seminars tackle cutting-edge, impactful topics by informally meeting influential experts. On these occasions, external speakers as well as SDA Bocconi and Bocconi faculty members come for talks on topics of interest. MBA students can discuss current issues in a timely fashion and naturally develop a habit of promptly comparing the concepts seen in class with real-life cases.
