Introduction
The Bachelor in Real Estate Management at Schellhammer Business School is a program that focuses on the study of the global Real Estate Industry with a strong focus on Management.
The multidisciplinary syllabus includes contract law, market trends, financial markets, commercial properties, and consumer behaviour and strongly focuses on the micro and macroeconomic factors that influence property valuations. During the second and third years of the program, students will have the chance to embark on internships that provide invaluable professional experience.
These internships are made possible through our collaborative partnerships with renowned companies along the Costa del Sol. To secure these internships, it is crucial to maintain excellent academic performance and regular attendance, as we often select our top-performing students for these opportunities.
Beyond gaining expertise in real estate, our program places a strong emphasis on personal development. You will cultivate essential skills such as effective self-presentation, adept negotiation skills, critical thinking abilities, and effective communication. Our primary goal is to equip you with the finest knowledge and skills to excel in the fast-paced changing real estate sector.
In line with all other post and undergraduate programs at Schellhammer Business School, the manifold issues facing humanity – overpopulation, climate change, contamination, pollution, depleting resources, gross inequality, failed economic systems and political dogmatism will be explored whilst advocating and supporting a new system of beliefs.
