Introduction

Prepare to lead the way with a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) degree from Saint Martin's. The MEM provides engineering and science graduates with a balance of engineering, managerial, business, marketing, legal, and information systems tools for an engineering management career in either the private or public sector.

  • Classes are held in Cebula Hall (built in 2013), the most environmentally friendly and energy efficient building with LEED Platinum Certification in the Western Hemisphere, with labs in the Panowicz Foundry for Innovation (built in 2016).
  • Classes are offered evenings and summers to meet the needs of working professionals.
  • Classes are generally scheduled to allow a student to complete the program in a two to three year period by taking two classes per semester.
  • Program concentration areas include Construction Management, Innovation and New Product Development, IT Management, and Renewable and Sustainable Engineering Management.
  • The program also offers Graduate Certificates in Engineering Management Fundamentals, Construction Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, or Lean/Six Sigma. The graduate certificate program allows working professionals to build expertise in specific areas of interest, with multiple certificates leading to an MEM degree.
  • The program is offered on our main campus in Lacey.
