About: Rudny Industrial Institute offers an online Life Safety and Environmental Protection course. Since 2012 it’s used remote educational technologies via the Center for Distance Education Technologies and MOOC. Convicted and serving sentences in penal colonies (in minimum-security institutions), subject to the institution's availability of appropriate technical conditions.
