Located in one of Canada’s most beautiful National Historic Sites on Vancouver Island, Royal Roads University has a long history of excellence. In 2025, we celebrated 85 years of leadership and learning - 55 years as a military college and over 25 years as a public university. Gain Canadian work experience while you study
We are a Designated Learning Institution with Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). We offer full-time, on-campus, Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) eligible programs. As an international student, you'll join a vibrant student community, gain valuable Canadian work experience*, and pave the way for the PGWP.
* Most international students are eligible to work while studying. However, there are different work eligibility requirements for working on campus and off campus. Therefore, it is important to review the complete eligibility criteria for working while studying.
