Introduction

We are fully accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) and by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).

We offer a three-year Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program.

Our graduates have a competitive NAPLEX board exam passing rate.

Our unique and innovative teaching and learning model, the Six-Point Mastery Learning Model, allows you to focus on one core subject at a time, and our longitudinal blocks reinforce learning over the entire year.

You are required to meet 90% or higher on each assessment. The rigour associated with the program combined with our 90% or higher competency levels helps ensure that all of our graduates are well prepared for their board examinations and careers. Students and faculty work together and use frequent assessment to detect areas of misunderstanding early so that mastery and competency are achievable. We want you to succeed.

We offer early IPPE experiences starting at the beginning of the P1 year to enable you to have hands-on practice to apply what has been learned in the classroom.

We have outstanding clinical practice training sites to develop professional knowledge and skills in various practice settings.

Our students participate in meaningful student organizations and volunteer activities.

Our two campus locations, Henderson, Nevada, and South Jordan, Utah, offer the best of both worlds with vibrant urban centers with the arts, various culinary experiences, and the great outdoors with mountains, hiking, skiing, and rock-climbing.
