Introduction

The associate degree in Medical Assisting combines hands-on training at the campus and has online courses and may allow you to work while you complete your degree in as few as 24 months.* Students who have previously obtained a 12-month Medical Assisting diploma from Remington College can transfer 100% of their credits towards earning their degree. (Eligible program version is MA15).

In addition to course work, the Medical Assisting program provides students with an externship which will allow them to work alongside doctors and nurses while gaining hands-on experience before graduation.
