About: The Bachelor of Multimedia Design at Raffles University Iskandar combines theory and hands-on practice in digital media, visual communication and multimedia production. You'll study graphic design, animation, programming, sound, video, photography, web, 3D graphics and print, use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) in a new computer lab, and complete studio projects and industry experience across modules such as typography, motion graphics, digital image processing and project management.
Career Outcomes: Graduates enter digital agencies, media studios, gaming and education tech. Typical roles include web designer, interface/user experience designer, web developer/programmer, content creator, online games designer, multimedia/motion-graphics artist, videographer and freelancing.
The Bachelor of Multimedia Design programme covers both theoretical and practical aspects of this exciting career. Students will follow a comprehensive digital media syllabus in graphic design, art history, animation, programming, sound, and video production. Students will learn to appreciate the core values for their future careers in design. Our bachelor programme in Multimedia Design demystifies the design process so that every student can work creatively regardless of his/her previous experience.
On the practical side, students will have access to the latest tools in multimedia software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Photography, video editing, web design, animation, 3D graphics and print design are also covered in this programme. Raffles University Iskandar is proud to offer our students a new computer laboratory with the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite.
