Course Leader: Elena Sacco

Elena Sacco brings decades of international expertise gained in Milan, Paris, London, and Geneva, working with top global branding and communication consultancies such as Publicis Group, WPP, Young & Rubicam Brands, Landor, and Wunderman Thompson.
As the founder of Studio Sacco in Milan, she and her team have partnered with companies to build, position, and manage impactful brands that deliver measurable business results. Her portfolio includes collaborations with P&G, Marazzi Group, Azimut Yachts, Jacuzzi, Barilla, Giorgio Armani, Natuzzi, Atkinsons, Wella, and Lancôme, among others.

Elena has also held senior leadership roles, including Brand and Marketing Director at Bellavita – Italy’s first Wellness Village, Communication Director for Boscolo Hotels (Marriott Group), and Brand and Marketing Director at Milanosport – Comune di Milano.
As Director of the School of Communication at IED, she led the institution to achieve the title of Best Italian Creative School for three consecutive years. She later served as Global Alumni Director of the European Institute of Design.

Since 2023, Elena has been Director of Strategy, Business, and Relations at Raffles International Institute of Design and currently serves as President of Fondazione DUDE. She is also a juror for prestigious awards such as UNA, Italia che Comunica, UNICOM, and RE.Start, and a board member of Dude Agency, Opificio137, and Golf Club Villa Carolina.
A visiting lecturer at Politecnico di Milano, ISTUD, and IED, Elena is also the author of Brand Revolution and The Insight (Edizioni Lupetti).

Course Location and Experience

This master’s program aims to train professionals capable of communicating across industries, cultures, and global markets.
Classes are primarily held at the Raffles Milan campus, with additional sessions hosted at partner companies and consulting agencies, giving students a direct connection to the professional world.

A unique feature of the program is the Branding Focus Asia module, offering students the chance to spend time at Raffles’ Singapore campus. Immersed in the Asian market, participants work with local brands and agencies, gaining hands-on experience in international collaboration.
Students join an international branding agency for a live project with a local client and attend lectures from leading Asian firms.
