If so, a Master's programme in Psychology might be the right choice for you! Radboud University offers two English-taught specialisations within the Master's in Psychology:
- Behaviour Change
- This specialisation focuses on how people function in workplaces and organisations. It examines topics such as employee motivation, leadership, workplace wellbeing, stress, productivity and organisational change. Students learn how to analyse and improve work environments, support healthy work behaviour and design interventions that enhance both employee wellbeing and organisational performance.
- Work, Organisation and Health
- This specialisation focuses on understanding why people behave the way they do and how behaviour can be effectively influenced. It covers psychological theories of behaviour, communication strategies, intervention design and evaluation. The aim is to create evidence-based programmes that encourage healthier, more sustainable or more socially desirable behaviours in real-world settings.

General Curriculum:
