Moreover, a second year at EDHEC Business School awaits you. After successfully completing our Master in Business Analytics and Data Science, you will be able to attend two semesters at EDHEC Business School and obtain a Master of Science in Strategy, Organization & Consulting.

Is it right for me?

You are an ideal candidate for the Master in Business Analytics and Data Science if you:

• have a background in computer science, economics, engineering or management. We also welcome backgrounds from mathematics, science, or statistics;
• are eager and interested in analytics and data science technologies that aim to create business value;
• wish to acquire the quantitative skills needed to analyse data effectively while kick-starting your career as a data architect, data scientist or data analyst.
• seek an impactful educational experience that combines theory with practice while also collaborating and networking with corporates in the data science sector, through seminars and company presentations.

Please note that we’ve designed this programme for recent graduates with ideally no more than 3 years of work experience. If you have more experience, you might also like to take a look at our International MBA programmes.

At the end of your Master, if eligible, you will be granted a:

• Master’s Diploma from POLIMI Graduate School of Management
• 1st level University Specialising Master degree from Politecnico di Milano
• MSc in Management and Leadership from EDHEC Business School (Double Degree option in the case of attendance in the second year, if selected and eligible).

The programme has been completely redesigned by the Faculty of Politecnico di Milano to enhance your experience as well as to provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a Data Scientist, one of the most sought-after professional figures both nationally and abroad.

Learning-by-doing methodology

Through our learning-by-doing methodology, you will be able to take part in interactive lectures, business challenges, and experiential labs. Moreover, due to the close links with the Big Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Observatory of Politecnico di Milano, you will work at the forefront of research, through dedicated lectures and seminars, on ICTs for big data analysis and management.

Professionals and companies

You will be able to meet, through guest lectures, seminars and dedicated data science competitions, experienced managers and companies. These interactions aim at enriching your experience and acquiring the skills required by primary data scientists.

Dual degree

At the end of the programme, you will have the chance to study for a double degree in collaboration with EDHEC Business School. You will be able to attend a second optional year, if selected and eligible, at EDHEC Business School and also obtain an MSc in Management and Leadership.
