Programme Structure
Core Courses
Lay management foundations across four pillars: Context, Company, Business Functions, and Innovation.
Specialisations
Choose via boot camps, focusing on Entrepreneurship, Digital Transformation, Luxury & Design Management, or Global & Sustainable Management.
- Experience Gym: Conducted with MBA partner companies, featuring lectures, simulations, and visits for practical application.
- Workshop on Purpose: Explore and practice Purpose, including peer coaching for reflection
- International Experiences: Opportunities for Doing Business In, Exchange Programmes, and collaborative experiences with global partners
- Business Transformation Project: Apply Purpose in Project Work, either individually or in a group
Additional Services: Access to Digital Innovation Observatories and a language platform for Italian skills. The International Part-Time MBA Agenda offers a flexible learning approach with weekly video clips, face-to-face sessions on Fridays and Saturdays, and monthly weekend sessions. The curriculum includes core courses emphasizing Complexity, Decision-Making, People, and Innovation. Participants can choose from management boot camps or workshops based on personal interests. International weeks and experiences provide exposure to global business schools, while workshops focus on Purpose and Human Capabilities. The program concludes with a Business Transformation Project, applying Purpose to real-world scenarios.
Additional services include access to Digital Innovation Observatories for insights into digital innovation. The 12-month Dual-Degree MBA, offered jointly by POLIMI Graduate School of Management and John Cabot University, centers around your needs and career goals. Tailored for young professionals, it integrates liberal arts with business management fundamentals, promoting innovative thinking and addressing societal challenges. The programme includes an orientation week, core courses covering management fundamentals, elective courses matching your interests, a Consciousness & Creativity path for soft skill development, an optional week in Milan, and project work. Additional services provide access to Politecnico di Milano's Digital Innovation Observatories and on-campus support from John Cabot University, encompassing housing, dining, medical assistance, and mental wellbeing support.
At the end of your International Full-Time MBA or your International Part-Time MBA, if eligible, you will be granted an:

- 1st level University Specialising in Master degree from Politecnico di Milano
