The Master of International Relations Program (MIR) at the School of International Relations of Peking University is aimed at foreign students with a good undergraduate education background, English proficiency, and a certain foundation and interest in international relations and China's foreign relations.
This is a two-year full-time program with English as the medium of instruction and the main courses and thesis writing in English. After completing the required credits, submitting a graduation thesis and passing the defense, students can obtain a master's degree issued by Peking University.

International students can apply for the following scholarships:
- Chinese Government Scholarship (Type B): partial tuition waiver for-free accommodation, monthly living expenses, and medical insurance provided in accordance with the regulations.
- Beijing Government Scholarship for International Students: tuition subsidy.
Note: The evaluation of scholarships will be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and the university.
