Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership (PGDL)

Introduction

This is a 9 month Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership (PGDL) Program designed for CEO’s, Managers, Team leaders, Project Managers, Supervisors, Business proprietors/entrepreneurs, practicing Executives and other professionals who are responsible for providing leadership or who want to take up leadership roles in their career industry as well as in the larger society.

Objectives

This programme provides students with a systematic and integrated response to organizational processes and imperatives relating to new concepts of leadership; the effective functioning of organizations; team based approaches to leadership and mechanisms for assuring quality.

Program Information

The PGDL is a 30 credit hours programme built around 9 months of course work. During this period students are expected to complete 10 courses of 3 credit hours each.

Entry Requirements

A first degree in any field from a recognized university

Intake

Intakes are in January, May & September.
