Interior Design students learn a breadth of knowledge β€” space planning, architectural design, writing project specifications, furniture, lighting, art, flooring, paint, wall coverings and so much more. They must understand people and create spaces that promote wellness and sustainability.

Olivet is located less than 60 miles from Chicago’s Merchandise Mart and 350 West Mart Center, home to 120 wholesale showrooms. Students experience the Mart through workshops, seminars, and projects and have opportunities to present their work to professionals.
