Introduction

The Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences, option in Dietetics Research, is designed for those who desire to complete our accredited Dietetic Internship program while earning a Master of Science. Our graduate students gain a fundamental understanding and application of research- and evidence-based recommendations used in dietetics and nutritional sciences. After successful completion of the program, students will have experience translating research to more effectively communicate with individuals and communities and be eligible to take the Registration Exam for Dietitians.
