SPECIALIZATION IN STRATEGIC QUALITY MANAGEMENT

In accordance with the mission of the UMNG, the Specialization program in Strategic Quality Management trains specialists who promote the culture of quality in organizations, as a management strategy, through the application of theoretical knowledge, techniques, systems, models, methodologies, and tools necessary for the design, implementation, and evaluation of the continuous improvement of its products and services, taking into account the professional, human, integral and ethical foundation with the sustainable and socially responsible commitment in the productive and competitive processes of the organizations. In this way, the needs of a globalized world will be met, within the framework of social responsibility, sustainable development, and an ethical vision of the impact of their professional practice on society, thus contributing to the construction of the academic community, the dialogue of knowledge, the progress of the productive sectors, where quality contributes to the continuous improvement and sustained success of organizational management, for the benefit of society, the country, and the contemporary world.
