It equips students with the skills to pursue certification with either Project Management standard after graduation. The PMI/IPMA methods are flexible and fit a wide range of organisations and goals, lending itself to the Change Management focus of this programme. The programme also introduces students to the PRINCE2 framework.

Students of our MSc Project Management will have the option to follow a route to become a specialist project manager or to focus on strategic change management. The Strategic Change Management pathway will explore the human side of Project Management: transitioning individuals, teams, and organisations from the current state to a desired future state.
