The program’s outlined competencies are achieved through a combination of classroom theory, welding demonstration, and practice. Primary emphasis is placed upon hands-on skill development in a state-of-the-art lab facility. Through completion of the program, students gain competency in arc, gas, and automated welding and cutting processes.
